This Kegel exerciser can be used with the toy on or off.  For manual exercises, insert the Kegel exerciser and do repetitions of contracting your Kegel muscles.  

Use water based lubricant for best electric conduction.  To use the e-stim function, insert the Kegel ball all the way in.  Turn on Kegel by holding down on the power button on the ball.  Use the remote by holding down the electric button.  You will feel a gentle pulsations of your Kegel muscles contracting.  Click this button up to 5 times to turn up the E-stim level.  Use the remote to turn on vibration by holding down the waves button.  Click through this button to change its vibration.  To immediately stop both functions, press the power button once.  To turn off either function one at a time, hold down the function you want to turn off.
