How do I check my order status? 

If you made your purchase prior to February 1st, 2017 please visit magento.hustlerhollywood.com to check your order status.

How do I know when an item will be restocked online or stocked in stores?

Out of stock items will have an "email me" feature which will alert you when an item is back in stock.

Will Hustler Hollywood show on my credit card / bank statement?

Hustler Hollywood understands your need for discretion, and the transaction will be listed as LFP Ecommerce, LLC

Can I use my Hustler Hollywood Rewards Card online?

At this time, we are unable to automatically reward you points at the time of purchase. If you are a rewards member and have recently made a purchase online, email customercare@hustlerhollywood.com and we will gladly add the transaction manually for you.

Unfortunately, we we are unable to accept rewards dollars as payment for online purchases at this time.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express®, Discover Card, and Pay Pal

HustlerHollywood.com does not accept personal checks or money orders as a form of payment for online orders.   

When your credit card is authorized, funds are put on hold until the transaction is completed. When the order is shipped, the payment is processed.

Your billing information must be exactly as it appears on your credit card statement. If any numbers are different, the order cannot be processed. Be sure to correctly spell city names and avoid using abbreviations unless that is how your information appears on your statement.

Contact your financial institution if you need the exact billing address associated with your credit card.

If your transaction is declined due to an AVS mismatch (the billing address entered does not match what the card issuing bank has on file) the funds that were already authorized may stay on hold until it is released by the card issuing bank. Because of this, you may see multiple charges on your card. Unfortunately we are unable to release these funds, but they usually fall off your account within 3-7 business days. If you need to release the funds sooner you will need to contact your bank to do so. 

For your security, Hustler Hollywood requires you to enter your 3- or 4-digit card identification number (CID/CVN/CVV/CVC)on all orders for Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover transactions. See below for help with credit card identification numbers.          

Visa/MC/Discover Card Customers:

Your Security Code/CID (Card Identification Number) is in the signature area on the back of the card (it is the last 3 digits AFTER the credit card account number). Visa/MC/Discover customer CIDS are 3 digits.

American Express Customers:

Your Security Code/CID (Card Identification Number) is a 4-digit number on the front of the card, ABOVE the embossed (raised) credit card account number. This number is referred to as the "Security Code." American Express customer CIDs are 4 digits.

Debit Cards:

The amount of your order is held on your debit card and the debit card owner does not have access to these funds until the hold is taken off. Holds usually last 3 - 5 business days and may vary with your financial institution.  Holds are usually taken off within 3 - 5 business days. Policies differ from bank to bank. Call your financial institution for more details.

Please Note: Orders placed after 1pm PST may not ship until the next business day.  Business days are Monday - Friday.  If you place your order anytime after Friday at 1PM PST or over the weekend your items will not ship until the following Monday, which is the first business day.

All economy packages are shipping using Fed Ex Smart Post.  Fed Ex will pickup the package and deliver it to your local post office.  The final delivery to your home is made by the United States Postal Service. The tracking number included in your shipment email is the Fed Ex tracking number, and your package can only be tracked on Fed Ex.Com, not through USPS. 

Please note: Smart Post delivery does not offer date certain delivery. If the local post office is experiencing a high volume of packages, this may delay your order. 

If you need guaranteed shipping dates, consider using Fed Ex Home Delivery or one of our expedited offerings.  

Returns

What is your return policy?

If you are not completely satisfied with a HustlerHollywood.com purchase or gift for any reason, please return it for a full refund within 14 days of delivery. All items must be in their unopened original packaging to be eligible for return. Please note: This includes any intimates such as lingerie or hosiery that come packaged in boxes.

All toys are tested before they are shipped, and resealed with a tested sticker.  This sticker must be intact to be eligible for a return.

All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMS) before the return can be processed. Any items sent back without a proper RMA will be refused and shipped back to you.

We regret that we are unable to refund your original shipping charges unless the return was a result of our error.

HustlerHollywood.com is unable to offer exchanges by mail.  If you want to exchange your item, please return your original item and process a new order.

How do I ship my returns items back for a refund?

Once you have received your merchandise authorization number, you may use the prepaid return shipping label that was e-mailed to you.

Return Instructions:

  1. Place your item in a sturdy box and seal it with tape.  You may use the original shipping materials.
  2. Securely attach the return label to the box, covering the original shipping label. 
  3. Remove, completely cover, or mark through the original shipping label.
  4. Ship your package by:
  5. Placing it in your mailbox or USPS collection box
  6. Dropping it off at any Post OfficeTM.  To find the Post Office closest to you, call 1.800.ASK.USPS (1.800.275.8777) or go to http://www.usps.com and click on Locate a Post Office.
  7. Giving it to your USPS carrier
  8. Requesting a pickup for the next day from your USPS carrier at http://www.usps.com/pickup
  9. Dropping it off at a staffed FedEx Office, FedEx World Service Center or FedEx Authorized ShipCenter location or including it with your regular scheduled FedEx Ground pickup.
  10. Keep a copy of the shipping label for your reference
  11. Keep a copy of your Return Tracking Number for your records
  12. Go to FedEx.com to track the status of your shipment

Can I return my purchase to a Hustler Hollywood retail store?

At this time we are unable to accept online returns at our retail stores.

Have my returned items arrived back at your warehouse?

Returns can take up to 10 business days from the US (excluding weekends and public holidays) to arrive at our warehouse.

Any refund will automatically be issued to the payment method you used to place the original order. This typically takes 5-10 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays), dependent on your bank/card issuer.

If you request an exchange for any items within your order, you will receive a refund for these. We're afraid we do not offer exchanges, if would like a different size or color, please return your unwanted item and place a new order.

We try hard to accept all returns.  In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you.

When will my credit appear on my account after a return?
