What forms of payment do you accept?
We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express®, Discover Card, and Pay Pal
HustlerHollywood.com does not accept personal checks or money orders as a form of payment for online orders.
When your credit card is authorized, funds are put on hold until the transaction is completed. When the order is shipped, the payment is processed.
Your billing information must be exactly as it appears on your credit card statement. If any numbers are different, the order cannot be processed. Be sure to correctly spell city names and avoid using abbreviations unless that is how your information appears on your statement.
Contact your financial institution if you need the exact billing address associated with your credit card.
If your transaction is declined due to an AVS mismatch (the billing address entered does not match what the card issuing bank has on file) the funds that were already authorized may stay on hold until it is released by the card issuing bank. Because of this, you may see multiple charges on your card. Unfortunately we are unable to release these funds, but they usually fall off your account within 3-7 business days. If you need to release the funds sooner you will need to contact your bank to do so.
For your security, Hustler Hollywood requires you to enter your 3- or 4-digit card identification number (CID/CVN/CVV/CVC) on all orders for Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover transactions. See below for help with credit card identification numbers.
Visa/MC/Discover Card Customers:
Your Security Code/CID (Card Identification Number) is in the signature area on the back of the card (it is the last 3 digits AFTER the credit card account number). Visa/MC/Discover customer CIDS are 3 digits.

American Express Customers:
Your Security Code/CID (Card Identification Number) is a 4-digit number on the front of the card, ABOVE the embossed (raised) credit card account number. This number is referred to as the "Security Code." American Express customer CIDs are 4 digits.

Debit Cards:
The amount of your order is held on your debit card and the debit card owner does not have access to these funds until the hold is taken off. Holds usually last 3 - 5 business days and may vary with your financial institution. Holds are usually taken off within 3 - 5 business days. Policies differ from bank to bank. Call your financial institution for more details.
Why do I see duplicate charges on my account?

What are the shipping fees/transit times?
Hustler Hollywood charges a calculated at checkout shipping fee according to the third party shipping company rates.
Hustler Hollywood offers FREE shipping on orders $69+ (after discounts and before taxes) via Ground.
Please Note: Orders placed after 1pm PST may not ship until the next business day. Business days are Monday - Friday, not including Holidays. If you place your order anytime after Friday at 1PM PST or over the weekend your items will not ship until the following Monday, which is the first business day.
We ship orders from Torrance, CA. Transit times will vary based on your location and distance from our warehouse.
No orders will ship on Holidays such as Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years' Day. See the full FedEx Holiday Schedule.

At HUSTLERHollywood.com we strive to depict products as accurately as possible with information provided by manufacturers. While we are not able to offer a satisfaction guarantee, our customer care team is always available to assist with any product questions you may have. We understand that in some instances, a return is necessary. Please refer to the return policy guidelines that are reflected below.
If you are not satisfied with your online purchase and believe your item/order is eligible for return, please reach out to customercare@hustlerhollywood.com to request a Return Authorization statement. Returned items will not be accepted without a Return Authorization and will be shipped back to the purchaser, at thei customer’s expense.
The return policy referenced applies to orders placed on HUSTLERHollywood.com only. All retail returns and exchanges must be done so at the original store of purchase.
What is Your Return Policy?
Due to the intimate nature of the products sold, there are limitations to what can be returned. Most items must be tagged, in original their unopened/untampered packaging in order to be eligible for return. Our return period is 30 days from the date of delivery. To find out if your purchase is eligible, refer to the category below that is most relevant to the item you are looking to return.
LINGERIE/SWIMWEAR:
· Must be in original unopened packaging to be eligible for return.
· Any intimates that come packaged in boxes must be returned in their unopened and untampered packaging.
· When applicable, tags must be attached.
· Any signs of use or wear will disqualify your item from being eligible for return.
ADULT TOYS:
· Must be in original unopened packaging to be eligible for return.
· Any signs of package tampering will disqualify your item from being eligible for return due to health and safety concerns.

CLOTHING ITEMS:
· Clothing items must be in new, unworn and unwashed condition to be eligible for return
· Any signs of use or wear will disqualify your item from being eligible for return

How do I ship my returns items back for a refund?
After an Return Authorization is approved, eligible items can be shipped back to the address provided at the time of approval.
Return Instructions:
1. Place your item in a sturdy box and seal it with tape, (original shipping materials may be used)
2. Securely attach a return label to the box, (please be sure to either cover, remove or mark through the original shipping label)
3. Ship your package via:
USPS Returns:
o Place return in your mailbox or USPS collection box
o Drop off at any Post OfficeTM. To find the Post Office closest to you, call 1.800.ASK.USPS (1.800.275.8777) or go to http://www.usps.com and click on Locate a Post Office.
o Give it to your USPS carrier
o Request a pickup for the next day from your USPS carrier at http://www.usps.com/pickup
FedEx Returns:
o Drop off at a staffed FedEx Office, FedEx World Service Center or FedEx Authorized ShipCenter location
o Include with your regular scheduled FedEx Ground pickup
4. Keep a copy of the shipping label for your reference
5. Keep a copy of your Return Tracking Number for your records
6. Go to FedEx.com or USPS.com to track the status of your shipment
My Item has a defect, can I return the item for a refund or exchange?
If you are experiencing a manufacturer defect with your product, please reach out to our customer care team at customercare@hustlerhollywood.com or (424) 501-3900. We will be more than happy to troubleshoot the issue or provide you with manufacturer warranty information when applicable.
Will a return label be provided to me?
HUSTLERHollywood.com does not provide return labels or cover return shipping costs except instances where the return is a result of our error.
Can I refuse my shipment or mark my package as,” return to sender”?
If you decide that you no longer want your order, we advise you not to refuse the shipment or mark the package as return to sender. There is a chance that your refused or return to sender package will not make its way back to our warehouse location.
*We will not be able to issue a refund if the package is lost in the refusal or return to sender process.
Can I return my purchase to a Hustler Hollywood retail store?
Currently, we are unable to accept online returns at our retail stores. Returns for orders placed at HUSTLERHollywood.com must be shipped back to our warehouse location after an Return Authorization is approved.
Will my shipping cost be refunded?
A refund of your original shipping charges will not be processed unless your return is a result of our error.
Have my returned items arrived at your warehouse?
Returns can take up to 10 business days from the US (excluding weekends and public holidays) to arrive at our warehouse.
Can I exchange my item for another item or a different size?
We do not currently offer exchanges. If you would like a different size or color, please feel free to place a new order.
When will my credit appear on my account after a return?
Refunds will automatically be issued to the original payment method and typically takes 5-10 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) to be reflected in your account. Please note that the exact time frame will be dependent on your bank.
I sent an item back without having an RMA approved, will a refund be issued?
Unapproved returns will not be processed due to health and safety concerns. Any returns that are sent back to our facility without having an Return Authorization approved will not be opened or processed. If an item/order is sent back without Return Authorization approved, we will reach out to inform you that the package has arrived at our facility and request that a prepaid return label be provided. We will not cover shipping cost to have the item shipped back to you.
HUSTLERHollywood.com reserves the right to refuse any item that is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, the item will be sent back in the condition it was received in at the customer’s expense.

Gift Cards
The following Hustler Hollywood Gift Card and Store Credit Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) describes the terms and conditions that apply to the use of Hustler Hollywood gift cards, gift certificates and store credits, including plastic/paper cards and credits and digital/electronic cards and credits (collectively, “Cards”). This Agreement is between you, the Cardholder, and HH-Entertainment, LLC
(“Issuer”). By purchasing, accepting or using your Card, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree with this Agreement, do not purchase, use or accept the Card. IMPORTANT: This Agreement includes resolution of disputes by arbitration on an individual basis instead of in court.

About Your Card. The Cards are issued by Issuer. Issuer is responsible for the operation and maintenance of the Card program. Issuer is the sole legal obligor to the Cardholder; provided, however, that Issuer may assign its obligations with respect to the Card at any time, in which case such assignee shall become the Issuer and sole legal obligor to the Cardholder. Issuer’s affiliates and related entities (including but not limited to HH-Entertainment, LLC

.) bear no responsibility or liability for any Cards, and you hereby knowingly release Issuer’s affiliates and related entities from any and all liability or claims of any nature whatsoever arising in connection with the Card. Cards (other than store credits) can be purchased at Hustler Hollywood retail store locations in the United States or authorized third-party distributors, or online at http://www.Hustler Hollywood.com. Store credits are issued at Hustler Hollywood retail locations in exchange for merchandise returned without a receipt, to the extent provided by Hustler Hollywood’s’ return policy.

Not for Resale. Cards cannot be resold. Cards are valid only if obtained at a Hustler Hollywood location (including the Hustler Hollywood website) or authorized third-party distributor. Cards are not valid and will not be honored, and Issuer will not be liable, if obtained from unauthorized sellers or resellers, including through Internet auction sites.

Balance Inquiry. For balance inquiry, please call (424) 501-3900 or emailcustomercare@hustlerhollywood.com. The balance you receive when inquiring over the telephone or via e-mail is an estimate only. In most cases, the balance is adjusted immediately when you make a purchase, but there may be occasions when the balance adjustment is delayed.

Expiration/Deactivation. Cards do not expire. No fees for inactivity or service fees apply. Issuer reserves the right to refuse to honor any Card in the event of a disputed credit card charge, bounced check or other failure of consideration.

Cards are redeemable only for purchases of merchandise at Hustler Hollywood retail locations in the United States, including through the Hustler Hollywood app or website. Cards are not debit or credit cards. Cards have no cash value and may not be redeemed for cash (except as required by law). Cards are not redeemable to purchase another Card or towards previously purchased goods or services.

No Refunds. No refunds are permitted with respect to Cards.

Gift cards are transferable. Store credits are non-transferable.

Lost, Destroyed or Stolen Card. The value of any lost, destroyed or stolen Cards, or any Cards used without authorization, will not be replaced or replenished without original proof of purchase. The value replaced will be equal to the remaining balance on the Card at the time of replacement.

Mandatory Binding Individual Arbitration. Please read this section carefully. It affects legal rights that you may otherwise have and requires individual final and binding arbitration of most disputes instead of resolution in court.
Arbitration is the submission of a dispute to a neutral arbitrator, instead of a judge or jury, for a final and binding decision, known as an “award.” Arbitration provides for more limited discovery than in court, is subject to limited review by courts, and the result is confidential. Each party has an opportunity to present evidence to the arbitrator in writing or through witnesses. An arbitrator can only award the same damages and relief that a court can award under the law and must honor the terms and conditions in this Agreement.
ARBITRATION AGREEMENT, CLASS ACTION WAIVER, PUNITIVE DAMAGES WAIVER
You and Issuer agree that any dispute, claim or controversy, whether at law or equity, arising out of or relating to this Agreement or your use of the Card, regardless of the date of accrual of such dispute, including but not limited to the arbitrability of any dispute, shall be resolved in its entirety by individual (not classwide or collective) binding arbitration, except that you or Issuer may take claims to small claims court if they qualify for hearing by such a court.
You and Issuer agree that any arbitration under this Agreement will take place on an individual basis and that class, mass, consolidated or combined actions are not permitted. You and Issuer agree that the arbitrator may award declaratory or injunctive relief only in favor of the individual party seeking relief and only to the extent necessary to provide relief warranted by that party's individual claim.
In any arbitration arising out of or related to this Agreement, the arbitrator(s) are not empowered to award punitive or exemplary damages. You and Issuer both waive, to the fullest extent allowed by law, any claims to recover punitive or exemplary damages. This agreement to arbitrate extends to claims that you or Issuer assert against other parties, including without limit claims against Issuer’s affiliates and related entities.
You and the Issuer acknowledge that this Agreement evidences a transaction involving interstate commerce. Notwithstanding the provision in the preceding paragraph with respect to applicable substantive law, any arbitration conducted pursuant to the terms of this Agreement shall be governed by the Federal Arbitration Act (9 U.S.C., Secs. 1-16).
This agreement to arbitrate shall survive termination of this Agreement. If it is decided that applicable law precludes enforcement of any of this arbitration agreement’s limitations as to a particular claim for relief, then that claim (and only that claim) shall be severed from the arbitration and may be brought in court. In addition, notwithstanding anything to the contrary, if any part of this agreement to arbitrate is deemed invalid or inapplicable, the remainder of the agreement to arbitrate shall still be considered valid and enforceable.
Nothing herein shall be construed as consent by Issuer to the jurisdiction of any court with regard to claims unrelated to the use of your Card or this Agreement.
ARBITRATION PROCEDURES
The arbitration shall be administered by JAMS pursuant to JAMS’ Streamlined Arbitration Rules and Procedures (the “JAMS Rules”). The JAMS Rules and instructions for how to initiate an arbitration are available from JAMS at http://www.jamsadr.com or 1-800-352-5267.
Payment of all filing, administration and arbitrator fees will be governed by the JAMS Rules, except that for claims of less than $1,000, you will be obligated to pay $25 and Issuer will pay all other administrative costs and fees. In addition, for claims of less than $1,000, Issuer will reimburse you for the $25 fee if the arbitrator rules in your favor. Reasonable attorneys’ fees and expenses will be awarded only to the extent such allocation or award is available under applicable law.
Any arbitration will take place in or near the county where claimant resides and will be determined by a single arbitrator; provided, however, that upon request by either party, the arbitration shall be conducted via telephone or videographically to the extent permitted by the JAMS Rules. The arbitration may award on an individual basis the same damages and relief as a court (including injunctive relief).
Judgment on the award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.

Limitation of Liability. ISSUER AND ITS AFFILIATES MAKE NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, WITH RESPECT TO CARDS INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY OR MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. IN THE EVENT THAT A CARD IS NON-FUNCTIONAL, YOUR SOLE REMEDY, AND OUR SOLE LIABILITY, SHALL BE THE REPLACEMENT OF SUCH CARD. CERTAIN STATE LAWS DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OR CERTAIN DAMAGES. IF THESE LAWS APPLY TO YOU, SOME OR ALL OF THE ABOVE DISCLAIMERS, EXCLUSIONS, OR LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

Governing Law. The laws of the State of California, without regard to, and exclusive of, principles of conflict of laws, shall govern this Agreement (including the arbitration agreement) and use of your Card.

Severance. Notwithstanding anything herein to the contrary, if any part of this Agreement is deemed invalid or inapplicable, such provision shall be modified or restricted to the extent and in the manner necessary to render it valid, legal, and enforceable. If such provision cannot be so modified or restricted, it shall be excised from this Agreement without affecting the validity, legality, or enforceability of the remainder of this Agreement, which shall be fully enforced.

Changes to Agreement. Issuer reserves the right to change this Agreement from time to time in its discretion, which changes we may provide to you by any reasonable means, including without limitation, by posting the revised version of this Agreement at https://hustlerhollywood.com/pages/customer-service.

Fraud. Issuer reserves the right to refuse to honor a Card where Issuer suspects that the Card was obtained fraudulently.

The issuer of this card is HH-Entertainment, LLC, who may delegate its issuer obligations to an assignee without notice to gift card owner.
