1. Membership and Eligibility
The Pleasure Rewards Program (“Program”) is a free rewards program offered by HUSTLER Hollywood to its U.S. customers. Membership to the Program (“Membership”) is limited to individuals only and is limited to one account per individual. Employees, officers, directors, agents and representatives of HUSTLER Hollywood and its affiliates are not eligible for Membership. You must be age 18 or older and a legal resident of the United States to be eligible for Membership.
BY SIGNING UP AS A MEMBER OF THE PROGRAM, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS (“TERMS”). NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO BECOME A REWARDS MEMBER.
2. Earning Program Rewards
There are three tiers of membership in the program: Seeker, Expert, and Master. All members are automatically Seekers upon enrollment. Achieving Expert and Master status requires a minimum spend each year, as explained below.
Under the Program, for every U.S. dollar spent on merchandise at a HUSTLER Hollywood retail store, or online at HUSTLERHollywood.com (only if you use the same email registered on your rewards account on your order.) you will receive 1 Pleasure Point for all Program tiers when you provide or checkout with the email address that is registered to your reward account. We also offer bonus point events from time to time and in those circumstances the bonus points offer would replace the standard point earning amount. For example, if we have a double rewards event, all tiers would receive 2 points for every U.S. dollar spent. All points expire after one year.
You must provide your Pleasure Rewards Program registered email address to have points credited to your rewards account.
Any reference to “merchandise” or the value of “merchandise” is related to physical products sold in HUSTLER Hollywood retail stores, or on HUSTLERHollywood.com. It does not apply to gift cards, e-gift cards, taxes, shipping, or bag fees. Points are earned after all other promotions and discounts are applied to your order.
You can view your current point balance, as well as any point activity in your account on HUSTLERHollywood.com. To view your account, create or login to your account on HUSTLERHollywood.com with the email address registered to your rewards account. If you do not know the email address associated with your account or previously used your phone number to access your account, please contact customercare@hustlerhollywood.com for assistance.
3. Expert Status
Expert Status is automatically given to those registered Pleasure Rewards Program members who earn a minimum of 350 pleasure points at HUSTLER Hollywood retail stores and online at HUSTLERHollywood.com ( if you use the same email registered on your rewards account on your order.) from the time that you join the HUSTLER Hollywood Pleasure Rewards Program.
In order to maintain your expert status, you must take an action to earn or redeem your points within 365 days from your last action. If no actions are taken you will reset to the first tier.
As part of the tier benefits, Expert members receive additional special rewards events and birthday discounts as compared to the Seeker level.
4. Master Status
Master Status is automatically given to those registered Pleasure Rewards Program members who earn a minimum of 500 pleasure points at HUSTLER Hollywood retail stores and online at HUSTLERHollywood.com ( if you use the same email registered on your rewards account on your order.) from the time that you join the HUSTLER Hollywood Pleasure Rewards Program.
In order to maintain your Master status, you must take an action to earn or redeem your points within 365 days from your last action. If no actions are taken you will reset to the first tier.
As part of the tier benefits Expert members receive additional special rewards events and birthday discounts as compared to the Expert level.
5. Redeeming Points for Rewards
For every 100 points you earn on the Pleasure Rewards Program you are eligible to redeem them for a $5 Reward to use on your next purchase. Once you redeem your points for a reward, points are deducted from your account and your reward will expire in one year.
Points have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash.
5a. Redeeming Points online at HUSTLERHollywood.com
To redeem your points for a reward online at HUSTLERHollywood.com you’ll need to be logged into your account. Once logged in you will see your available rewards in your customer rewards dashboard and at checkout. You will see rewards available in $5 increments up to the total number of rewards you’re eligible for based on how many points you have. For example, if you have 250 points, you’ll see an option for a $5 reward or a $10 reward.
Once you choose to redeem a unique gift card number will be automatically generated and the points will be deducted from your account. When redeeming your points at checkout, your unique gift card number will automatically populate in the gift card field; click the APPLY button to apply the reward to your order. You will also receive an email with your gift card number for reference.
Reward gift cards expire one year from the date of issue. Please note: Rewards Gift Cards generated at HUSTLERHollywood.com cannot be redeemed in retail stores. It is best not to redeem your points for rewards dollars until you are ready to redeem them on a purchase.
5b. Redeeming Points in HUSTLER Hollywood retail stores
To redeem your points for a reward at a HUSTLER Hollywood retail store make sure you provide the email address registered to your rewards account. The cashier will be able to look up if you are eligible for rewards dollars. The cashier will redeem your points for you during the checkout process. A unique reward code will be automatically generated and the points will be deducted from your account. If you decide to not redeem your reward, the reward code will stay present in your account to use on your next purchase. Reward codes expire one year from the date of issue. Please note: Rewards codes generated in retail stores cannot be used online at HUSTLERHollywood.com. It is best not to redeem your points for rewards dollars until you are ready to redeem them on a purchase.
Points and Rewards Expiration
All points, in-store reward coupons and online reward gift cards will expire in one year from the date of issue. You can see all of your point and reward activity with expiration dates in the reward dashboard in your online account at HUSTLERHollywood.com. To link your rewards information, create an account on HUSTLERHollywood.com with the email address registered to your reward account.

Order Returns
If you cancel or return a purchase that was made with rewards dollars or coupons these rewards will not be credited to your account.
