Works great at the ankles. With the proper rope work can be used on thighs. Very adjustable and strong even in the most stressful positions

Master Series Adjustable Steel Spreader Bar
Purchased one of these along with another spreader and this is just another cheap import piece. Learned my lesson to search out american made products from now on. The import stuff is just so cheap feeling and I know it won't last.
